PMSC serves as both prime and sub-contactor, depending upon the requirements of the agencies. As prime, 90% of the work is self performed with specialty expertise brought in on an as needed basis. PMSC has experience in maintaining Class A and high security facilities, environmentally sensitive sites, data centers, medical centers and laboratory environments. With a full knowledge of applicable laws, OSHA, NFPA and EPA specifically, the firm is fully compliant and not only acts to the letter of the law but the spirit as well.
