CAROLE METOUR, President and Chief Executive Officer
As the owner for the past twenty four years, Carole Metour possesses in-depth knowledge and experience in facilities contract operations, maintenance and management. Ms. Metour has managed all facets of business and personnel operations, while acquiring substantial knowledge of the operation, maintenance and repair of Government and commercial facilities. In her years as an employee of a large hospital system, Ms. Metour was actively involved with the stringent standards of the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO). In addition to her hospital experience, she has been intimately involved in a wide variety of facilities maintenance support contracts including heat and chiller plants, acute care hospitals, military family housing, mechanical operation and maintenance, HVAC operations, refrigeration, landscaping and janitorial support services. Ms. Metour received a Master’s Degree in Public Administration (MPA) and a Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) with a focus on community organization, administration and policy planning from the University of Southern California in 1978 after completing her Bachelor of Arts Degree at the California State University, Northridge.

JAMES BUTLAND, Associate Vice President, Corporate Facility Director (National Capital Area)
Mr. Butland has a proven, comprehensive knowledge of facilities management stemming from the training and experience he has gained over more than 36 years as Project Manager for a variety of government contractors as well as serving the National Security Agency and the General Services Administration: management of large complexes in excess of 5M square feet and single high-rise buildings in excess of 1M square feet; full responsibility for budget and finance, labor relations, environmental health and safety, energy conservation, construction and alterations;, administrative programs, lease administration and physical security; opening of new buildings and on-going facility operations; generation of workload documentation packages for mechanical and custodial management programs; direction of operations, maintenance, repair and custodial activities; use of computerized facilities management and preventive maintenance programs. As the Corporate Facilities Director for the National Capital Area, Jim Butland provides direct support to the contract sites located in the Washington DC area in the following program areas: facilities management functions, training to Project Managers as required, attendance at pre-bid conferences, new project start up assistance, review of monthly cost reports, participation in Collective Bargaining Agreements, new hire interviews, assistance with Project Managers in development of annual budgets.
