Our corporate owners and officers have over 80 years combined experience in administering, operating and maintaining commercial and government facilities and industrial plants.

CAROLE METOUR, Chief Executive Officer

As an owner of two facility operations and maintenance companies for the past twenty one years, and as a senior corporate official of a healthcare organization, Ms. Metour possesses in-depth knowledge and experience in facilities contract management and maintenance. With over thirty years of experience as a senior executive in operating and managing corporate organizations, Ms. Metour has managed all facets of business and personnel operations, while acquiring substantial knowledge of the operation, maintenance and repair of Government and commercial facilities. In her years as an employee of a large hospital system, Ms. Metour was actively involved with the stringent standards of the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO). In addition to her hospital experience as an employee, she has been intimately involved in a wide variety of facilities maintenance support contracts including boilers and heat plant operations, an acute care hospital, Military Family Housing maintenance, mechanical operation and maintenance, HVAC operations, refrigeration, landscaping and janitorial support. Ms. Metour received a Masters Degree in Public Administration and a Masters Degree in Social Work (MSW) with emphasis on community organization, administration and policy planning from the University of Southern California in 1978, after completing her Bachelor of Arts degree at California State University at Northridge.

HEATHER METOUR, Director of Operations and Development

Ms. Metour has ten (10) years experience managing and directing technical staff. She joined PM Services five (5) years ago to bring the staff and processes in line with current laws and standard. Ms. Metour was then promoted to Director of Operations and currently provides all management oversight for the current projects, contracts and staff and is actively involved in the development of new solicitations. Ms. Metour is responsible for new business development as well as on-going client support. Heather has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications from the University of California, San Diego.

SCOTT BARFIELD, Controller

Mr. Barfield has nineteen (19) years experience managing corporate finances and accounting departments within many different industries. He has served as president of a network integration and training consulting firm, vice president of finance and operations for software integrator service provider and chief financial officer for a network implementation company. His efforts have led to successful implementation of cash flow and business processes which has strengthened each company’s bottom line allowing for growth and meeting P&L objectives while increasing net worth. He joined PM Services 2 years ago to bring the corporate finances in line with GAAP and DCAA regulations while implementing accounting processes to maximize efficiency and profits. Scott holds a B.S. in Accounting from Southeastern Louisiana University.
