Our core competencies are in total on site building and facility management. We have specific proficiency in the areas of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, boiler and HVAC operations, custodial and Janitorial, security, waste management, grounds, hazardous waste management, energy management, utility systems operations and maintenance, elevators, power distribution, minor construction and project management, to name a few.

Contract arrangements depend on client preference and expectations. We currently have or have worked in operations with cost plus %fee, cost plus fixed fee, fixed price, lump sum and cost plus share in the savings.
What happens to my existing employees when I contract facilities operations and maintenance?
They are all interviewed and if their skill sets meet the requirements necessary to provide increased value over the long term, they are normally hired. Company management is normally brought in to insure smooth transition and guarantee that business process improvements are delivered and become a part of the team and its culture.

Value propositions come in many forms depending on the current operating facilities and equipment current conditions. A better definition of expected value can be determined following an audit but collective savings from 8 - 30% and sometimes higher have routinely been delivered.
