PMSC serves as the prime contractor, performing 90% of all work with our own employees, and contracting with vendors only as needed for specialty expertise, such as annual elevator inspections and annual inspection of boilers. PMSC has experience in maintaining Class A and high security facilities, as well as environmentally sensitive, computer, laboratory and medical environments. All of our work is performed in strict compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and agency regulations. Special attention is paid to OSHA, NFPA, and EPA governing laws and directives, and the firm is fully familiar with and compliant with military and civilian agency-specific regulations in all areas. In accordance with PMSC internal Procedures for Business Practices Standards and Operations, each contract site organized and maintained to ensure complete and accurate records, files, and libraries of documents - including Federal, state and local regulations, codes, laws. These procedures are likewise employed in the maintenance and cataloguing of all technical manuals, manufacturer’s instructions, bulletins and recommendations necessary for and related to, the operational and maintenance functions being performed by our company.

 

No contract awarded to our company has ever been terminated for default or cause, and no significant problems or issues have been experienced by PM Service Company in the performance of its current contracts. Phase-in and phase-out efforts are conducted smoothly and professionally in accordance with our contract-specific transition plans, which are also part of the PMSC Procedures for Business Practices Standards and Operations. The firm’s assumption of or withdrawal from any contact is specifically designed to provide complete and seamless continuity of services to our customers and tenants. The PMSC Quality Control Plan(s) is tailored to the specific requirements of each site and they are applied during the contract phase-in period. The PMSC emphasis on customer satisfaction and professional, courteous team work by on-site staffs has resulted in the outstanding performance evaluations and letters of appreciation routinely received from our customers.
